I keep trying
to learn imperfectly of course
with resourceful insistence at what is
or isn’t life’s probable meaning
ha, beyond obviously: we die
nonetheless letting my brain’s yeast rise
kneading its spongy gray matter
preparing in anticipation a range
of satisfying knowing even non-knowing
inbreathing logic’s plenitude
of aromatic flavors thus beating back
my world of anxiety with redolent satisfaction
of having carefully weighed logic’s/non-logic’s
outpourings
plausible bits of framing of credible attention
plausible bits of framing of credible attention
to my meager wants of happiness
shaped by some nutrient-intense
meaning
